Die LH 316 ist eine kleine Gravier - Maschine für spezielle Anwendungen, mit der sich unter anderem oben zu sehende Gegenstände, und eine Vielzahl anderer Teile gravieren lassen. The LH 316 is a small engraving machine for special applications. All items you see above on the photo are engravable, and a lot more.

Aufspanntisch: In der Längsachse leicht mit Handrad verstellbar, dadurch schnelles Ausrichten und Einstellen beliebiger Zeilenabstände.
Sonderspannvorrichtungen lassen sich auf dem Arbeitstisch montieren.
Kombinierte Gravierspindel für Fräs- und Diamantgravur, in verschleißfeste Axial-Kugellager gelagert.
Standard Fräser = 4mm (Durchmesser von 2 - 6 mm möglich)
Der Tiefenregler garantiert konstant die eingestellte Gravurtiefe (besonders für unebene Flächen erforderlich)
Entsprechend der Anforderung kann die Frässpindel auch ohne Tiefenregler genutzt werden.
Hoch-Pantograph mit beliebigen Verkleinerungsverhältnissen zwischen 1:2 und 1:7 - kugelgelagert.
Der Schablonentisch hat 3 Profilnuten nach DIN für Schrift schablonen zum Gravieren von 3 Zeilen. Clamping Table : Easily-adjustable along longitudinal axis using the hand wheel thus facilitating rapid alignment and setting of any line spaces.
Special clamping devices can all be mounted on the work table.
Combined engraving spindle for cutting and diamond engraving work mounted on abrasion-proof axial ball bearings.
Standard cutters are 4 mm or 4,36 mm - 11/64" (2 to 6mm diameter available, also 1/8" )
The depth controller gurantees that the set engraving depth is held (especially necessary for uneven surfaces)
The cutting spindle can also be used without the depth regulator according to requirements.

Vorhandene Schriften können also genutzt werden. An additional template holder extends the capacity up to 6 lines. Part No. 5001 F. Available in profile 32,75 mm or 31,75 mm - 1.25", 430 mm - 17" long. Excisting templates can so be used.
